1. Returns policy
If you wish to return the purchased item, you can do it within the period of 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods.
To initiate the return process, contact us: jutto.bags@gmail.com.
If your return will be accepted, we will send you the instructions and where to send your package.
Item must be sent in the same condition as the customer received it. The product must be clean, unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, in a saleable condition. The exception is defective product. The product can be sent in the original packaging or wrapped securely in other appropriate packaging.
Please pack the items together with the receipt (invoice), if it was attached to your order and completed, signed Returns form.
2. Returns
You can return goods via DPD, DHL, InPost, Pocztex or other courier services. You can also return via InPost parcel machine.
3. Exchange
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges of goods. If you change your mind after receiving your order, please return the purchased product and then make a new order.
4. Damaged/incorrect item
Where goods are believed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, please notify us of your intent to return the goods by email at jutto.bags@gmail.com.
Please send us photo of the damage or wrong item as soon as you receive your order. After we evaluate the issue, we will send you the instructions. Once this item has been received by our store we will refund the cost of the damaged products.
5. Refund
Once we have approved the return, you will receive a refund.
Your refund will be issued as soon as possible, but for different reasons it may take 10-14 working days from the date of receipt of the parcel by the Jutto Bags Store.
The refund will be made to the bank account specified in the returns form. If bank account will not be given in retuns form, refund will be credited to the bank account from which the goods were purchased.
We would like to point, we will not refund duties, taxes or shipping costs. The client is responsible for paying these costs.
We reserved the right not to accept return of item that have defects or signs of use, have been shipped after the 14 calendar days from the day of receiving good or have been delivered to wrong address.

We hope that you are happy with your order. But if for different reasons you want to return the goods follow the instructions below:

Make sure the goods are in their original saleable condition

Download, print and complete our returns form, place it in the packaging
Prepare the receipt, if it was attached to your order
Place the returns form and receipt with the returned item in the box
Pack the product securely and prepare it to send
Bring parcel to the DPD, DHL service or InPost parcel machine which is suitable for you.
If you send parcel by courier, the parcel will be taken from you within 1-2 workdays.
Save please your tracking number.
Returned goods will be examined after receipt.
Money will be returned within 14 days from the day goods are delivered to the Jutto Bags Store to the bank account from which the goods were purchased.
