1. Delivery process

Your order will be processed as soon as possible but for different reasons it may take 1-5 working days after payment is credited. Standard processing time is 1-3 days. Unfortunately, orders are not shipped on weekends.

When your order will be completed and transferred to a shipping provider, tracking details will be automatically sent to your email.

2. Delivery time and costs

We are shipping worldwide.

We offer different shipping options depending on your location.

  • We send orders by InPost parcel machines. The courier will deliver your order within 1-3 working days in Poland.

  • Courier will deliver your order to delivery terminals or to your given address within 2-3 working days in Poland and 3-7 working days in Europe.

  • Europe: Processing time 1–2 business days. Delivery within 3–7 business days.

  • Worldwide (outside Europe): Processing time 1–2 business days. International delivery approx. 7–14 business days (customs duties and taxes may apply).

The shipping fees depend on your shipping destination and parcel size. You will be informed about the fees for shipping methods during checkout on order page.

Delivery time depends on your shipping destination and the availability of couriers.

We would like to point that taxes and duties are not included in the item price or shipping fees.

3. Missing order

Check please the tracking number sent in your email. If there are any questions regarding the shipping status of order, please contact the shipping provider.

4. Shipping confirmation

If you have not received any email with the shipping confirmation, please check your spam inbox. If there is no confirmation email contact us.

5. Color

If you are interested in other color than is available in our store, you can write us and we will check the product availability. If product will be available, your order will be processed within 7 to 14 working days after payment is credited. Product will be shipped to you immediately after receiving it from our craftsmen.

7. Guide

If you want to purchase our products follow the instructions below:

  • Find the item you desire and add to your shopping bag

  • Once you have found the product you want, check its color and size

  • Add product to your shopping bag

  • Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping bag icon on page

  • Check one more time, if the products in shopping bag are correct

  • To continue to purchase, click the checkout button

  • Please sign in, or register, but you can also buy without the registration

  • Write please your details (name, surname, phone number, email address) and delivery address details

  • Choose one of the delivery options

  • You can choose the option to gift-wrap your order

  • Once you have confirmed your order, you will see a confirmation page with order number and the costs deducted from your bank account

  • You will receive information in an order confirmation email

  • To use an offer code to your order, please sign in into your account

  • You can use only one offer code per order

  • Offer code sent you by email after registration can be used only once
